Find out how award-winning craft ale is made on this fun and informative tour of a 10-barrel steam-powered brewery in the West Sussex countryside. You’ll get to taste lots of samples along the way before staying overnight at your choice of three Epicurean Collection inns nearby. Dinner and a cooked breakfast are included. Make your own way to Langham Brewery, a small independent micro-brewery that produces a range of delicious award-winning artisan ales, including seven regular beers and 10 exciting limited editions. The brewery has won more than 38 awards in the past seven years, including the SE England overall cask ale champion in July, and was one the first four breweries in the UK (including Meantime) to get the industry quality standard and process accreditation, SALSA plus Beer in 2017.
When you arrive at the brewery, which is housed in an 18th century granary barn in the South Downs National Park, you’ll receive a welcoming glass of ale, before being taken on an informative tour. You will see how the beer’s made, eat some malt (if you like), smell some hops, drink some more beer, and find out how Langham makes its craft ales and beer in general.
After the tour is over, you can head back to your inn of choice where you will find Langham beers available to purchase.
